Silvia Solar from Elche has fulfilled her dreams to play in the Olympics but it didn´t all go as planned. The player from Elche fell before England´s Heather Watson in just two sets, with both matches ended in 6-2, in a match where locals found it tough from the start, with 3-0 in the first set in just twenty minutes.
The meeting, whose dispute was suspended yesterday because of rain in London, has placed Solar number 63 in the WTA ranking, with Watson in the 67th position, something that is to be cosidered fairness in the game. However, there has been no equal in today´s runway 17 at Wimbledon.
