Selv om et eiendomssalg gjennomført av en klient medfører den samme lovbestemte saksgangen som tidligere er beskrevet for kjøpere, er de skattemessige aspektene ganske så ulike. Derfor varsler vi og gir vi råd til våre spanske og utenlandske klienter på et tidlig tidspunkt for slik å unngå problemer senere, og da særlig hva gjelder beskatning av formuesøkningen (kapitalgevinstskatt) som de er forpliktet til å betale.
Alle sakspapirer er utferdiget av vårt advokatfirma slik at vi skal kunne, selv om klienten skulle befinne seg i utlandet, handle på hans vegne, fullbyrde salget og overføre pengemidlene til han måtte ønske det.
