Hoewel de verkoop van een eigendom vanwege een klant op zich dezelfde wettelijke stappen inhoudt als hiervoor beschreven bij kopers, zijn de fiscale gevolgen verschillend. Daarom adviseren wij onze nationale en buitenlandse klanten vooraf, zodat problemen vermeden kunnen worden, vooral inzake de te betalen meerwaardebelasting.
Alle documenten worden in ons kantoor voorbereiden. Als de klant zich niet in Spanje bevindt, kunnen wij zelfs voor hem de verkoop afhandelen en het geld naar de bestemming sturen die hij ons opgeeft.
