Annual Services
After having bought a property in Spain, it is possible that problems may arise while the client is in their country of origin. JLCA & AS.-Lawyer’s annual services are designed to solve these problems for the client, so that they do not need to come to Spain in person.
It is an after-sales service which includes a wide range of services which we can perform even if the client is not in Spain. They include dealing with problems that may occur with the Town Hall, the community Association, electricity company, water company, insurance company, Suma (an Autonomous organisation for tax management in Alicante) etc. It also includes the calculation and liquidation of the taxes that anyone who has a property in Spain are obliged to pay.
